Tree of Worlds (MTX and no MTX version)

The only MTX used is the Sunrise Environmental effect around the tree/map device. The hideout still looks fine without it.
I tried to make the hideout as functional as possible for mapping and trading, with the waypoint, map device, stash and vendor located near each other. I also tried to make it as clean as possible, in the sense that there are no eyesores like big constructions or huge trees covering the view of the camera.
Originally the waypoint was at the door where Einhar is. If you want a roleplay waypoint you can put it there instead. It should line up pretty well.
Alva/Jun portals may not all be accessible. It doesn't bother me personally, since I rarely use more than 1 portal. You can always move them around, I guess.
If you're using the Sunrise Environmental effect and it doesn't show, you may have to change it to a different variant and then change it back again.
